In a June 2021 Thumbtack review, a homeowner said a massive dead tree was cut down right above their blueberry bushes and the crew didn't break a branch on any of them, then took down and put back the wire fencing in the yard. A September 2021 Angi customer said the crew took great care to minimize disruption removing two large trees near the house, at a price very reasonable compared to three or four other quotes. In May 2021, a Thumbtack customer reported 14 trees removed and many more stumps ground. A November 2020 Angi review describes an unusual job: a week before a house sale closing, the customer's Kousa Dogwood had to come out, and the crew came the same day for an estimate, then removed it in an early-morning job and replanted it at a Dogwood-loving gardener's property in the next town. In a December 2023 Google review, a customer said Roger showed up after a huge tree fell, arrived very fast, blew off the driveway and porch, spread the chips, and also took care of large branches lying by the side of the house. A 2022 Google reviewer in their 2nd season with the company said it handles lawn cutting, weed whacking, spring and fall cleanup and bed mulch. A July 2021 Thumbtack customer gave 2 stars: they said the company gave an estimate and promised it in writing, never showed up, and after a month sent a note saying it could not fit them into the schedule.
