Cavani's Cleaning Services

Cavani's Cleaning Services is a Seacoast house cleaning company whose website lists a service area running from Portsmouth and Dover to Kittery, Durham, Exeter and Seabrook. One recent customer needed a move-out cleaning of a townhome before listing photos. Vanessa texted back the same afternoon, set up a quote appointment two days later and offered herself and her team for the following Monday. That customer said they removed stubborn hair-dye stains from the shower/tub. A customer had a very dusty basement deep cleaned, and the reviewer's husband joked that the basement is now cleaner than the house. One customer wrote that they even cleaned the inside of a miniature dollhouse. One household says it has worked with Cavani's for a few years, with visits twice a month. A customer had after-construction cleaning done and called the cleaning team very professional. A 2026 customer said Camilla and Mayra worked from 8AM until 4PM on a move-out deep clean of a 2,500 sq foot home. A 2024 customer said Vanessa and her team cleaned two rental properties on a college campus. One recent customer called the service terrible, citing poor effort on cleaning and poor communication. A customer said a job took longer than expected.
