Centerline Design & Build

We hired Centerline to renovate our kitchen and ended up completely re-doing it plus getting new furniture/rugs/curtains for our open floor plan living and dining areas. We are extremely happy. Their design expertise - Jeanne Rapone & Lisa Morris together -allowed us to reach and create spaces that are warm and snuggly (my goal!). It was an excellent experience with total transparency and accountability on their end. Im still working with them, now doing my office area to make it more inviting. They are pros.

It’s been about a year since our first floor renovation wrapped up, and everyday we continue to love everything about the result. While we did not change the overall footprint of our space, Jeanne Rapone at Centerline listened to our flow, function and storage issues we had and provided design solutions that work and included the wishlist items we had. Now, from the moment you walk in, the flow, purpose, and function is there along with a light and airy aesthetic. We worked with Lisa Morris on the interior design elements. The saying in our household is that ‘everything Lisa touched turned to gold.’ I would send photos to her showing the colors and the mood we were trying to capture and she truly delivered - from the color of cabinetry and walls, to tile, to fabrics, to furniture and lighting. It all comes together in a way I could never have imagined. It was a great partnership and a fun process for me. We would be remiss to not mention the Centerline Build team led by Joe Solmos. The crew are talented, respectful and laid the critical foundation for the rest to come together. I can’t think of a better team to be in your home on daily basis. All in all, the full result far exceeded anything our imaginations could have come up with. The entire team was fantastic and highly recommend!

We made a Covid purchase of a crazy house with a beautiful view. Jeanne Rapone performed magic in the design of the interior, making our house an amazing space, perfect for our family. She and her team, led by Shane Eliasen, worked closely with the contractor and his subs, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We love our house! During Covid there were bumps and delays with workmen getting sick (and one broken back!) and supply chain issues, but at the end of the day the finished product is magnificent. We were in California for much of the remodel, and meetings and decisions were made over FaceTime and zoom. Five stars isn't high enough for Centerline Design!

Working with Lisa Morris has been a total joy. Lisa has helped me decorate most of my home over the past 10+ years. Not only is she incredibly organized, but she is creative, a great listener and extremely fun and easy to work with. The finished rooms are beautiful and reflect our personality and home style. Lisa also collaborated with Jeanne Rapone on a complete renovation of our mud room and pantry and the result is stunning, practical and functional. I highly recommend working with this team.

I worked with Centerline to select paint, wallcoverings, furniture, light fixtures, and for custom shelving, the repair of an 1948 mantle, and the consrtuction of a window seat. Working with Interior Designer Lisa Morris was fabulous! Collaborative, wonderful ideas, and a real understanding of our historic home. The vendors were all very professional and top notch. We have renovated multiple homes and this was the best experience we have ever had.
