What a great company. I can't say enough great things about them. From the great pricing to the top notch craftsmanship and did the job in less than two days. Thanks again.
Great guy. Outstanding work. I am more than pleased with the work he did.
Caleb helped me with my sister's roof that was damaged by a fire. He is very nice and did a amazing job on her roof. Thank you for helping us Caleb.
Caleb is the man. I asked him to do a repair job on a metal roof and not only did he do it at a fair and reasonable price but his work was A+ state of the art and done in a timely matter. I would recommend him to any of my friend and family.
Caleb was recommended to me by a large and well-regarded roofing company in Waterville. They told me they handle new roofs only and that Caleb is their go-to repair roofer. He arrived later than scheduled but did notify me in advance, which I appreciated. He estimated $350–$400 to repair or replace about 15 feet of ridge cap where a previous small leak had occurred and where gaps between overlapping shingles were visible. I explained that I was helping my elderly mother take care of a few remaining issues so she could sell her home and move to an assisted living facility, and I asked him to try to give her a fair price. The repair itself took less than an hour, which is about what I expected. I worked as a roofer myself years ago while putting myself through graduate school, so I’m familiar with the scope of this kind of work. After completing the job, Caleb said the materials were more expensive than expected and charged the full $400. When I asked about the materials cost, he estimated it at about $150, which seemed high for this repair. He also said he would email a receipt by the end of the day and include a note confirming that he inspected the rest of the roof and that it looked to be in good condition (the shingles were new as of September 2025). I was expecting a copy of the materials purchased at Home Depot on the receipt which was not included. The next morning I still had not received the receipt even though he said he would send it to me that same day, and after a text and a phone call the next day, he eventually sent it by email, but it did not include the inspection note he mentioned. In my opinion, Caleb’s workmanship appears to be first-class, but the price felt high for less than an hour of work, particularly given that it was for an elderly homeowner.
