A June 2026 customer with a 320+ year home said the team renovated an all season porch in under 24 hours. A July 2026 customer with a 300 year old Colonial home praised the cleanup and the work done in extreme summer heat. A July 2025 customer with a historical house said Mike photographed the scope at the estimate, and when the porch floor needed replacing, a carpenter was there within an hour and the job finished in the two-day timeframe. A November 2025 Houzz customer said the crew power washed two porches and a balcony, let them dry for two days, then painted from about 9AM to 4PM. The complaints are specific. In a 1-star December 2024 Google review, a customer said paint on an exterior done the previous August started peeling months later and the company did not answer about the warranty. A June 2026 3-star reviewer said the crew stained railings over the existing polyurethane without sanding and quoted only 1 coat. A May 2023 customer said windows got only one coat and needed a call back, and a March 2022 customer said a halogen light burned a hole in a comforter, which the company replaced.
