Three names keep turning up in Chair City Electric's Google reviews: Tom, Hugo and Rocco. The Leominster company does residential and commercial electrical work, and its customers describe everything from a ceiling fan swap to a full rewire. The biggest job on file is a September 2025 Google review: Tom, Hugo and Rocco rewired a newly purchased hundred-year-old home and replaced the remaining knob and tube. That customer said the crew got them on the schedule faster than other companies, came in under the estimate, and worked around another large renovation going on at the same time. The same month, a customer described a large electrical project at an apartment building, finished in a timely manner. Speed shows up in the smaller jobs too. In an October 2024 review, a customer said the company came within an hour of the call, replaced an outside meter and worked into the evening to finish. A February 2024 customer said someone arrived to look at a fuse box sooner than the hour to hour-and-a-half promised and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. Price comes up often: several reviewers, including three in the past year, call it reasonable or fair, and one from 2023 said Tom sent a thorough, detailed quote right away. The recent reviews keep the same tone — a May 2026 customer called the crew courteous and professional from quoting to installation, and another says they have used them for several projects around the house. Google shows 5 stars from 24 ratings, Angi 5.0 from 22, and the BBB grades the company A+ and lists it as accredited. Its Massachusetts electrician license, #8343, is active, held by Chair City Electric Inc. Angi and the BBB also list license number 23227, and the BBB lists 13873-B.
