The Biddeford Eagles hired Chapman Home Services to repair the concrete around the entrance, steps, ramp, and railing areas at our function hall. The main concern was safety because several areas were crumbling near the edges and railing bases, but we also wanted the entrance to look clean and professional. Shawn was excellent from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest, and very clear about what needed to be done, what was urgent, and what could be repaired without turning the job into a much larger and more expensive replacement project. When further inspection showed that additional work was needed to produce a proper finished result, Shawn explained the options, the risks, and the cost before moving forward. The finished work looks great. The damaged areas were rebuilt, the edges were cleaned up, the railing bases were reinforced, and the railings were repainted so the whole entrance looks safer, sharper, and much more presentable. His pricing was fair, his communication was straightforward, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Chapman Home Services for concrete and masonry repair based on the work done for us. I texted Sean, owner of Chapman Home Services, after finding his info in a local Facebook group. My mom needed some immediate help getting snow off her porch roof. He was responsive and arrived within an hour to do the job. He went above and beyond, roof raking other areas and shoveling a bit. His rate for the service was much less than we were anticipating a service like this to be. We will absolutely be reaching out to him for the next storm!

We contacted Sean about a hole in our metal roof. Sean completed the fix within 2 days of our call. Highly responsive and does great work. We will be using him again.

Sean has been very quick to respond when I reached out. He is very knowledgeable about so many things. When he has done a job for me he is always there when he says he will and I feel has gone above my expectations. He repointed my chimneys, fixed a broken concrete support, Pressure washed my house,gutters and cement pads and has sealed my driveway several times.I will definitely be calling for my next projects.
