In a 2020 HomeAdvisor review, the writer said they put in an above ground pool and did a fantastic job, and called the work priced right and quality work. A 2020 review called him a class act and said he reached back within 24 hours of the call and the process was very easy. Another 2020 review said they always cleaned up after themselves, were courteous and had great pricing. A 2020 review from a customer with an installation date said Andy never came on that date and did not respond to calls and texts over a couple of weeks, leaving the writer delayed by weeks if not months.
Andy seemed reputable and personable. Perhaps he is overwhelmed with demand, but our installation date came but he never did! Tried to call and text him over the course of a couple weeks. No response! Not even to say sorry, or that he would not longer be available, let alone to try and make it right. Now I am scrambling to figure out another option and already delayed by weeks if not months. I am really bummed and frustrated with the service and lack of communication.
