We love chimney champs. We have them come by every year!
chim chumps replaced liners in two chimneys and told me that I needed to repoint them both. He also installed a chimney cap which blew off in the first storm. When I called and asked him to come replace it he told me it wasn't a big deal to have it blow off. -_- I am now very concerned that he didn't do any work correctly and my house is now in danger because of the nature of the work! All told it was just under $10k that I paid him. The first rainstorm came and the chimney is leaking inside destroying the drywall. I called, emailed, texted, over and over and over to no avail. Finally got through to him (maybe he answered by accident) and he said he would be out to fit it at a date that was a month out. That date is today and obviously he never showed up and is not answering my phone calls. As a business owner myself, I don't know how he is still in business. If I treated my customers like this, nobody would hire me!
I hired Chimney Champs to inspect and repair our chimney liner, and they did an exceptional job. The inspection revealed that the liner was deteriorating and could cause serious issues. They replaced it swiftly and also installed a new chimney cap to prevent further damage. Even with a minor delay in the initial assessment, their professionalism shone through. Great service overall, and I would highly recommend them.
Chimney Champs replaced the chimney liner in my home, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The old liner was in terrible shape, causing problems with the flue and overall chimney performance. The crew was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. They even showed me the condition of the old liner and the benefits of the new one. The work was completed on time and within budget. Great job!
I wish I could less than 1 star because after they contacted us and made an appointment, they never showed up or bother to call to tell us they were not showing. We waited for four hours for 1 thing or the other. No show no call. Worst customer service ever!
