Chimney Force is a Hartford chimney company whose site promises work from sweep to full rebuilds. An October 2026 customer in Fairfield County said a home inspector flagged a cracked clay liner, and Mike installed a brand-new stainless steel liner on schedule. An August 2026 customer had a chimney liner installed and, after comparing estimates, called the price reasonable and honest. In another October 2026 review, Sean traced a ceiling stain near the fireplace to damaged flashing and porous brick, then repaired the lead flashing and sealed the chimney exterior. Rob replaced a rusted, leaking chimney top with a custom stainless steel cover, an October 2026 customer wrote. Cap installs come up on Angi: a May 2026 customer had one put in after raccoons got inside, and a March 2026 customer had a cap installed the same week. Two Angi customers in early 2026 described repairs to cracked brick and a cracked chimney crown. An April 2026 Angi customer, otherwise satisfied, wished for a slightly earlier appointment time. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0704493, is active. Google shows 5 stars from 10 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0 from 20.

Our home inspector flagged an old, cracked clay liner when we bought our house in Fairfield County. Mike came out, walked us through our options, and installed a brand-new stainless steel liner. He explained the whole process clearly and finished the job right on schedule. Total peace of mind.
