Chris T. Tree Services holds 5 stars from 75 Google ratings. The company says it has been in business 17 years, and its site lists Brookfield and Stamford as its service area. After a July 4th storm in Brookfield damaged two large maples, one customer contacted four tree companies; Chris was the most responsive, removed a large tree, trimmed the damage on the other and cleaned up well. A customer who has used Chris and his team for a few years said that after a microburst on the 4th of July, Chris got a giant oak out of a tricky spot with power lines mixed in. One customer said they finished clearing storm-fallen branches and trees from a lawn in 15 minutes and charged a reasonable price. For one customer, Chris T and his crew took down an old, mostly dead tree, ground the stump completely, and used chain saws to cut an old stump the grinder could not reach down to ground level. A 2026 customer said Chris gave a quote pretty much on the spot for two tree removals and a stump grind, and his guys showed up on time. A 2026 customer said they took down a very large maple after three tries, with tough access and uncooperative weather, and left the logs for the fire. A 2025 customer said that when one tree could not be trimmed as much as planned, Chris adjusted the final price. A 2023 customer said Chris did a stump grinding job first and was then hired to remove nine more trees.
