It has been around a long time. The Better Business Bureau dates the business to May 1977, files it under Construction Management, grades it A+, and names Ms. Cheryl Sady as president. Sady owns the company privately and is described on its site as a LEED AP with more than 25 years in construction; the company states it is certified as a WBE and a DBE by the State Office of Women and Minority Business Assistance. One thing a prospective client should look into directly. A 2019 report on Grimy Times says the Massachusetts-based company and its owner agreed to pay $1.3 million to settle False Claims Act allegations in Connecticut. Its BBB profile lists no government actions at all, so those two sources disagree, and the settlement is worth confirming at its original source rather than taken from an aggregator. Separately, no customer account appears on the BBB profile. For a public, institutional or site-development project this is a firm with decades behind it and a public-agency specialty. For a kitchen, an addition, or anything residential, look elsewhere — and if you do approach them, ask about the Connecticut matter directly.
