I just had Claudiane and her team come clea. My apartment for the first time. They did an amazing job! It feels so nice knowing it had a deep clean that we don’t normally have the time to do on our own. From the start, Claudiane was very responsive. She provided an estimate just from a video which was really convenient and provided fair pricing. So glad I found her and look forward to continuing the service!
I was really disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, which was one of the main areas that needed attention. A household item was broken during the cleaning. In addition, the glass cabinet in my TV room, which was clearly part of the job was completely missed. When this was brought to Claudine’s attention she increased the price by $30 and said I should find another cleaner. Extremely unprofessional For the price and expectations set, I expected much more thorough and careful work. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this cleaner based on my experience.
Claudiane has been cleaning my place for over a year. Consistently excellent work, reliable, good communication if anything change, and has been accommodating about the couple of times I've requested something special, or alternate times.
