Clean Slate Services

Clean Slate Services is a Madawaska exterior-cleaning business that says it renews homes, businesses and investment properties across Madawaska, Fort Kent, Caribou, Presque Isle, Houlton and surrounding Aroostook County communities. It describes itself as locally owned and offers free estimates. House and roof washing is the heart of the home work. A customer said Kristian pressure washed the heavily oxidized steel roof on their house, gave a reasonable quote and a date, showed up on time and got it done in a day and a half. A customer said Christian washed the entire outside of the house after the reviewer's husband asked him to, when he was only supposed to clean the gutters. A customer said the company came out to Mars Hill and brought their deck and siding back to life, saving them from replacing it. In 2025, a customer said Christian made their blackened cedar siding look brand new. Windows are a spring job here. A customer said Clean Slate washed their windows on a cold spring day with misty rain on and off and was on time. A customer said their windows looked dingy after a winter heating with wood and came out clear, and that they had them done the year before as well. The business also cleans vehicles and furnishings. A 2026 customer said a cancellation opened a next-day slot and their six-year-old car came back looking like a showroom vehicle. A 2026 customer said three 10-by-14-foot rugs were cleaned, with pickup and delivery on time. A 2025 customer said getting an estimate was fast and the job was done within a couple of days of approving the quote.
