A 2019 customer said the company took the stress away from having a vacation rental and that it would remain their regular cleaning service. A 2020 reviewer called them very prompt and friendly. A 2021 customer said the owner was very accommodating regarding schedule and the staff was polite, friendly and efficient. A 2021 customer who wrote that they are paralyzed and have workers caring for them said the owner told them she would send 2 different workers for 45 minutes at a certain time, objected to times being changed without telling them, and said they were charged $110 an hour. A 2020 customer said they were charged 45 dollars an hour for each cleaner, had to constantly hover and remind the two cleaners of what to clean, and after more than two hours and over $180 felt they could have done a better job themselves.
