A homeowner who filled out an online request in June 2025 had Patrick at the house the same day with a quote and a weekly mow started within days; another called on a Thursday in 2023 and got squeezed in within a few days; a third, writing in 2025, got a detailed quote and an opening in the schedule the next day.
They are a small Peabody outfit working the North Shore, and the work they get called for is seasonal maintenance: spring and fall cleanups, mowing, mulching, weeding, hedge trimming, leaf removal. The Better Business Bureau lists fall cleanups, spring cleanups, landscape design, gutter cleaning and snow removal, and the reviews line up with that list rather than overselling it.
The written record runs from 2021 through this year and it is consistently strong — 90 reviews, all of them five stars, and five of them written in the last six months. Recent customers describe a spring cleanup that cleared every weed from a yard and driveway, and a neglected back garden brought back in a few hours. Older accounts fill in the range: in a 2024 review a homeowner had lawn grading done "at a fraction of what I was quoted from other companies"; in a 2022 review, a Salem homeowner who had just fired their previous landscaper described mowing, edging, leaf blowing and debris collection on a small city lot. A 2025 customer whose mother was dealing with health issues wrote that the crew took over her whole yard, including cutting back branches that could have hit the house.
Two things are worth raising. First, that record is uniformly five stars with nothing on the other side of it, so there is no account of how the company handles a job that goes wrong — worth asking for directly. Second, the company has added electrical work: a March 2026 reviewer describes having recessed lighting swapped for flush-mount LEDs and recommends them for residential electrical, which is a licensed trade in Massachusetts. Ask who holds that licence and get it in writing before any electrical work starts.
For recurring yard maintenance and seasonal cleanups on the North Shore, they are an easy call — quick to quote, quick to schedule. Pin down the season's scope and price up front, and treat the electrical side as a separate conversation.
