We had a great experience start to finish with Closet Factory! Reached out through the Costco pamphlet and heard back quickly. Mary Jane was our designer and Manny was the on-site installer. They were both great! We had two pantry closets and one bedroom reach-in closet installed. Happy with how things turned out!
Manuel did a wonderful job installing my closet and bookshelf! Mary Jane was also lovely to work with as a designer, and really went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was after.
From start to finish, everything was smooth. Mary Jane took the time to walk through different designs with me and adjust based on my budget. And Manny came out and did the job in such a professional manner. He even went the extra mile to help with 1 of the closet doors that wasnt working right. The closet looks beautiful.
Manny was wonderful. We were thrilled with the job he did.
