CMS Landscape

CMS Landscape says it provides landscaping, fine gardening, landscape construction, lawn and garden care and estate management for Cape Cod homeowners. The company says it was founded by Chris Mark in the early 1970s and is now a family business led by his sons Brian and Josh. A recent Google customer says CMS, previously Hoxie Landscaping, has taken care of their property for many years, noticed things that needed attention, and recently renovated the stairs leading up to the front of the property. A different recent customer says CMS has cared for their landscape for decades. One more recent customer describes courteous workers who are respectful of the property, and says consulting on future projects produces a detailed proposal for managing expenditures. A recent customer says Josh, Brian, Jonathan, Natasha and their team transformed the yard. In a 2025 review, a customer said the company dug up and got rid of a bunch of huge stumps. A 2025 customer said CMS did a subpar job on their irrigation system, with pipes 2 inches below grade, and that the customer had to repair two cracks. That 2025 customer said the owners ignored two contacts and told them CMS could not service their irrigation anymore. A 2026 customer said CMS cancelled their services after nearly twenty years without giving a reason. A 2022 customer said CMS did fine for 8 years, then mailed them that it would no longer mow their lawn.
