Several Google reviewers in July and August 2026 describe years or decades of attentive care, a successful front-stair renovation, courteous crews, detailed future-project proposals, and a dramatic yard makeover. A July 2025 reviewer also praised the removal of large stumps. There are real issues to raise before hiring. In February 2026, a longtime customer said service was cancelled without an explanation. In an August 2025 review, another customer alleged shallow irrigation piping, driveway damage, and unanswered contacts after repairs were needed. Those are specific complaints, even though they sit alongside the strong long-term praise. CMS may fit homeowners looking for ongoing landscape care or a larger outdoor project, especially where a detailed proposal matters. Before booking, ask who will handle irrigation or hardscape work, how the company manages follow-up on defects, and what its policy is if regular service is discontinued.
