A 2007 customer said Mauricio did a pretty good job repairing drywall, but that the two people with him left paint drops on the floors and paint got on some personal clothing that had to go to the cleaners. That 2007 customer paid $280, felt it was too expensive for the work, and said they would not hire him again.

Mauricio is friendly but messy. While he did a pretty good job repairing the drywall he also had two people with him each time that left paint drops on the floors and some personal clothing had to be taken to the clearners to have the paint removed from a worker. I paid $280 which I feel was too expensive for what he did. I would not recommend him nor do I want him for future work.
He was very easy to work with and very professional. I appreciated that as I'm pretty busy. Our basement floor looks fantastic! I'm so glad we decided to paint it! I would recommend Mauricio to anyone and will use him for any projects we come across in the future.
Mauricio was awesome! Very professional, very courteous and very fairly priced. I would recommend him to ANYONE who needs his services. We are thinking about painting the outside of our house, and if we do, he is the 1st person we call!!!!!!
