The company describes itself as a family-run Mansfield landscaping and hardscape construction business founded in 2009. It says it serves Norfolk and Bristol County towns, including Mansfield, Foxborough, Attleboro, Walpole and Franklin, and offers landscape design and construction, masonry, excavation and commercial snow and ice removal. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, 211519, is active under Collins Landscaping Services LLC. Google lists 4.9 stars from 64 ratings; BBB gives it an A grade. Several older customer accounts describe how larger yard projects were handled. In September 2025, a homeowner described pavers, a walkway, steps, a retaining wall and fire pit, along with backyard regrading, brush removal and arborvitae planting. The customer said Chris gave notice before the team arrived and Collins coordinated directly with other contractors on the property. In October 2025, another homeowner said the team accommodated short notice so pool construction could continue, leveled the backyard, seeded grass and built a retaining wall as part of the pool landscaping. Repair work features too. A September 2024 reviewer said pavers in a walkway and steps installed three years earlier had begun to sink; after contacting Shawn, an employee redid that area within a week. In May 2024, a patio-restoration customer described power washing, new polymeric sand and sealer, and said Shawn kept them informed about rain delays. A July 2025 customer praised repairs to a walkway installed about twenty years earlier. One September 2024 Google reviewer gave the company one star and wrote “Horrible.” In December 2025, a different customer described Chris returning a call within a day, a quote within a week, an opportunity to view pavers in person and work that started within a week of choosing the pavers and finished within a week.
