A 2024 customer said Colonial Chimney cleaned the chimney, installed a cap, and applied crown coat and sealer, and called Kevin, the owner, professional, competent and courteous. A 2024 customer on Google wrote of professional services at competitive prices. A 2025 customer said they contacted the company in late July to repoint their chimney and that he was supposed to come in early August but never showed. That 2025 customer said an email and a voicemail both got no reply. On the Better Business Bureau, the company is accredited and carries an A+ grade.
