One five-star review from December 2020 offers little beyond calling the staff "great people." The other, from April 2020, is more pointed: a client described losing prospective buyers and going through a stressful transaction during the early pandemic, while working as a nurse on the front lines. Worth knowing before reaching out: the agency's Massachusetts real estate general partnership registration, held under Compass Real Estate Inc, is on file with the state as expired. With so little recent written record to go on, it's worth asking directly about a current agent's track record and getting references before signing anything.

Hi we are extremely upset with the news we heard today, we invested time into this transaction and lost possible clients, this is causing a lot of stress to out family and given the fact that both of us are nurses we need to keeps strong while being at the front lines in taking care of our patients, we feel that we were misinformed with out buyer ability buying the house in the first place. Someone was not telling the truth all along.we were being pretty patient with everything given the current situation in the country.... We are not not going to release their deposit and will seek legal action against the client and their representative. This will also go ontosociam media and all newspapers. The name of your agency will become pretty famous I. The end Just see how you can lie to the nurses serving the front lines and risking our lives for all of you every day! Have a great rest of your night !!!!!!!!!
