This service was amazing even when I was just buying stones for my walkway and best price around

Updating my original review. My project experienced significant challenges, including delays, communication issues, fabrication concerns, and damage to surrounding millwork during the installation process. The timeline slipped at multiple stages, and at one point I was extremely frustrated with both the quality of the experience and the lack of responsiveness. However, after escalating my concerns, Tyra Dellacroce, Executive Vice President, became personally involved. She took the time to visit our home, listen to our concerns, and understand the issues firsthand. Most importantly, Connecticut Stone followed through on their commitment to make things right. The company brought in additional resources, including a contractor, to address the millwork and finish issues. They invested the time and effort necessary to remediate the concerns and worked with us to reach a satisfactory resolution. While I still believe the project should have been managed better from the beginning, I also believe it's important to acknowledge when a company stands behind its work. Tyra and her team demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and resolving the issues we experienced. No project is perfect, and ours certainly had its challenges, but I appreciate Connecticut Stone's willingness to listen, take accountability, and ultimately make things right.

Sales staff is rude. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Pricing is even horrific. Find another place. Do not recommend.
