The technician was good and did the job well but they are very vague with their pricing and won't give accurate information. When the technician is doing the service they may give you the final price which can have a significant difference than what they vaguely told you over the phone. At that point you cannot do anything because they will charge you service call fee anyway. I would not recommend this company. P.S. The owner comment reflects how they treat their existing customers. I did not ask for a deal. You couldn't tell me what would a valve "material" cost for replacement which other vendors gave me over the phone. Also I did use your service before and had the exact same issue that is why this time I did wanted to check the pricing before the technician arrive. On top of that, you did not tell me about any free inspection, you simply stated that service call will cost $125. So please don't spread lies. It's beyond my understanding how a sprinkler service provider doesn't know what their valve "material" cost. Changing my rating to 1 star.
