Coos Enterprises LLC

Coos Enterprises empties houses. The Jefferson, New Hampshire company describes itself as a junk removal and clean-out service, and its Google profile shows 5 stars from 69 ratings. In an April 2026 Google review, a customer settling their late mother's house, which held 80-plus years of belongings, said James and his crew had it fully emptied, broom-swept and ready for the sale within three days. In October 2026 a reviewer said the company did an apartment clean-out and the team answered calls and texts and arrived on time. A September 2026 reviewer had a shed full of junk cleared, and in August 2026 a customer said James and Jared helped start clearing out a home, garages and sheds, with a second phase planned. In June 2026 a reviewer who had just moved to Whitefield said James came out on a Sunday to take away old carpet. In an August 2026 review, a customer who needed demo and removal said James and the team did the demolition and cleaned the areas thoroughly afterward. In a December 2025 review, a homeowner described the company demolishing an old shed and clearing out a house of years of accumulated things on a quote they called fair and transparent. In October 2025 a reviewer helping their elderly father move after their mother's death said James kept a promise to donate usable items rather than throw them out. In September 2025 a customer said James and the crew removed a huge old oil furnace and oil tank from an 1849 farmhouse with low ceilings and no bulkhead. In May 2026 a former Dalton resident wrote that James and crew packed up and shipped an entire three-bedroom home for a move out of state.
