One 2022 Angi customer called four electrical companies and heard nothing back; Rodney of Cote Electrical Service called the same day. That kind of quick turnaround runs through the company's reviews, which date from 2019 to 2024. Another 2022 customer said a small job called in at 8am was done by noon the same day, and a third that year said he arrived on time with very reasonable rates. In a December 2024 review, a customer said he told them ahead of time how long the job would take and was done when he said he would be. A 2019 reviewer, writing as a general contractor, said Rodney and Cote Electrical Service had done many jobs of varying nature for them. There is one serious complaint. In a 2019 Angi review, a customer said a new $7,000 appliance was wired wrong, causing the heating element to overheat, with around $700 in damage, and that he had been a no-show for helping with the repair.
