Cottam's Landscape & Construction

Tom and his team were very responsive and did a great job on our lawn renovation. It was very easy to get a detailed quote from Tom and work was scheduled within a couple weeks. We had a bunch of bushes removed and replaced, trimming of trees, and had our rocky lawn ripped out, with loam and hydroseed. It looks great and we had a positive experience and would recommend Cottams Landscaping to others.

They’re great! I didn’t have a clear project plan, but they were able to simplify and execute everything we wanted, and came up with ideas we didn’t even think of - highly recommend!

We have been using Cottam’s Landscape & Construction for years for our weekly yard maintenance, and we have always been extremely happy with their service. Last year, we had a pool installed in our backyard and quickly realized that it created some significant issues with our yard, particularly with drainage and the way the property was graded. Cottam’s took the time to explain the structural problems to us in terms that we could actually understand and walked us through several different solutions. We ultimately decided to install a retaining wall around the pool and add some shrubbery to make the area look finished and inviting. The results turned out great, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything looks. Cottam’s is extremely professional, responsive, and reliable. They show up when they say they will, communicate throughout the process, and, perhaps most importantly, stick to their original estimates. That is something you don’t always find with contractors. We highly recommend Cottam’s Landscape & Construction for both routine landscaping and larger projects. They have been great to work with over the years, and we will continue to use them for our landscaping needs.

They do a really great job. Very thorough, making sure everything is pristine. We’ve gotten so many compliments on our lawn.

I highly recommend Cottam Landscaping. Tom and his crew consistently do a fantastic job. They’ve been handling our spring and fall cleanups for several years now, and we couldn’t be happier with their work.
