The site says the company has been in business since 1987, lists Gil as founder and Derek and Jason Couto as Brand Presidents, and describes a family-owned remodeler doing roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters and insulation across southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island from three offices. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor (hic) license is active. The BBB grades it A+. The good jobs in recent reviews are concrete. An April 2026 customer said Josimar and Romario arrived 10 minutes early, put down drop cloths, and replaced three front bay windows and a kitchen window in 4 hours, with the windows installed one day after the date estimated two months earlier. A July 2026 reviewer who had Marvin windows installed and cedar shingles re-sided said job manager Freddie came out right away to fix a shingle issue a month later. A May 2026 review describes new siding and a Trex deck, with Miah handling the town permitting, and another May 2026 customer credited sales rep Corey for not over-selling a new roof and siding repair. The complaints are just as concrete. In an April 2026 review, a customer said siding work at an elderly mother's house had dragged on for almost three years and the electric meter was never refastened after the siding, leaving it banging in high winds. Another April 2026 reviewer said a 2-week job still wasn't done over 2 months later and that, after they asked for an independent inspector, they were told to get a lawyer. In June 2026, one reviewer described doors arriving after weeks of delays and an email about a problem that went unanswered for months; another said a roofing and two-door project took several months and the company refused a siding job agreed with the sales rep. In a 2024 review, a customer said Couto declined to cover exposed wood after a roof install, calling the area a wall rather than a roof.
