AJ was not only very knowledge about old New England homes, he was so friendly and warm as well. Making sure to mention things I may not have understood normally in a very easy way. We’re very lucky to have worked with such a great group of people!
Strongly suggest going elsewhere. The gentleman who did the inspection was rude, impatient, and unprofessional the entire time he was here. He was smoking while doing the outside part despite children being around and left the butt on the property ground. He gave the general feeling he doesn't like his job or people he inspects for in every action and word said. Go elsewhere. Trust me.
5 stars for Barry Sykes' work on an inspection of an office building that I was seeking to purchase. The report proved extremely helpful in my being able to come up with a realistic budget for renovations needed to convert the property to a two family home. Don't waive your home inspection in your purchase and sales agreement; choose Covered Bridge Professional Home Inspections; it is an investment you'll be glad you made before proceeding to closing.
