COX did a terrific job with the installation of our generator. Their technicians were knowledgeable and did excellent work. We are happy with the end result and recommend them as a Generac installer

A bit of miscommunication as to the technician's pre-scheduled arrival window resulted in a longer than expected wait time. There was no communication from Cox on the day of service to update me on his arrival. I had to call the office myself. That needs to be addressed by management as a common courtesy for customers waiting hours for the tech to show up. Very frustrating. On the other hand, Alex the technician was great. He was professional, polite and very thorough. Couldn't ask for more, he represented Cox Electric well . We bought our 20kw Generac eight years ago and have always been satisfied with their techs and service. I'm hoping today's communication snafu was just a hiccup and future appointment windows and arrival times will be more forthcoming and transparent. Thank you.

Technician came to service my Tankless Water heater and was professional and did the job in a timely manner.

The install was good but customer service sucks the system has been installed for about 4 weeks went to use I wasn?t using the remote right a teck came over a fixed my problem he should me how to use it not the way the installer did and it worked they charged me 250 dollars I paid it emailed cox electric no answer I shouldn?t have paid for this who knows maybe they will credit me if not oh well live and learn I will keep you posted
