Creative Cleanouts by Josh

Josh and Steve did a fantastic cleanout of our basement and barn. The material to be removed, as often happens, was a complicated mix of junk and family treasures. What I really appreciated was that Josh and Steve didn't just concentrate on filling their trucks as fast as possible. They set up their workflow in a way that gave me time to examine individual boxes. They also flagged some items that I had missed—during a trip to the refuse station, they even saved some family photos that were mixed in with items to be discarded. Both were very positive and constructive, and shared some advice on whether some items could be used instead of thrown away. They showed up on time, worked steadily during 6-7 hour days, and emptied even hard-to-reach areas (a crawl space, a loft). The final cost was less than what other contractors had bid, and I had the comfort of knowing that the cleanup had been both thorough and thoughtful.

Josh Cash of Creative Cleanouts: Good Vibes Only! Josh has such positive energy, is so kind and respectful, and gets things done. I had an enormous project and he completed the cleaning out of my 20 by 20 ft. crawl space and 2 sheds in record time at a reasonable price. We worked together to share many treasures with folks who needed the good stuff and were able to do a ton of recycling. Josh kept me motivated while we accomplished this huge task. He is dependable, well organized, trustworthy, and has great ideas for reusing items as well as disposing of things in the most responsible way possible. And he always has a smile! He has returned to help with some small household jobs too. I have recommended him to family members and friends, and we all agree. --Josh is just the best! 5 stars all the way!!!!
