The people who hire Creative Construction keep hiring it. A landlord writing in November 2021 had already been using Jeremiah Auguste's crew for nearly two years across a rental and their own house; a customer in July 2026 said the company had been cutting their lawn and plowing their snow for over five years. Eight of the twenty-four written reviews landed in the last six months, all positive.
The Lowell company's day-to-day is lawn care, seasonal clean-ups, mulch, junk removal and snow plowing, across Lowell, Ayer, Groton, Dunstable, Littleton and Westford. Its Thumbtack profile stretches that list much further — land clearing, demolition, excavation, general contracting, even moving — and it has been hired 29 times there, holding 2023 Top Pro status and a background check on its founder.
Two jobs show the range. In January 2023 a family clearing a home in Boxford before a winter sale had the crew empty the garage, basement, attic, barn and workshop plus two acres of yard, working from a written estimate with cost breakdowns after a walk-through. That June, another customer had three solid days of overgrowth cleared, a tree transplanted and bushes cut back: "We have our property back!" A February 2026 customer added a detail worth knowing — the crew photographs the finished job and sends the pictures, which matters when the plow comes before dawn.
The complaint is older but specific. In April 2022 a customer rated them one star: the lawn was mowed without a bagger, clippings were left scattered across the property, and although the crew said they would come back to take the clippings away, nobody did. Nothing like it has appeared since. Still, if you book a mow, put in writing what happens to the clippings.
One oddity: the company's tenure changes depending on where you look. Its own site says Jeremiah Auguste created it in 2021; Angi and HomeAdvisor say six years; Thumbtack says eleven, and that he started it as a high-school sophomore. Reviews describing work back in 2019 suggest he was cutting lawns before the company was formally set up, which would explain the spread. Angi and HomeAdvisor carry no reviews at all, and the HomeAdvisor address still reads "Jeremiahslandscaping".
For a seasonal contract — mow, clean up, plow — or a one-off cleanout against a deadline, this is an easy call to make. Get the scope written down, clippings included.
