Creative Enclosures is an excellent building business to work with. Matthew Ostrowski and his team do can create beautiful and unique enclosures. I met with Matthew twice to discuss my project of turning a front deck in Wakefield, RI into an enclosed space.and redoing my side door porch and stairs. I also explained that this was a secret project that I was doing for my husband. The majority of our conversations and planning was done by texts, pictures and phone calls because we were at our winter home in Florida. Matthew was so accommodating to my time limits and specific requirements and inspections for RI. He and his team took are of everything and even provided me with a great financing opportunity. Recently had motorized shades installed in my sunroom. Sure saves my arthritic hands from using a pulley to raise and lower those heavy shades. They even washed the wide expanse of windows inside and out. Quality work and the shades are lovely.

My wife and I decided that conversion of our screened in porch to a three season room would extend our use and enjoyment of the area. Additionally, it would minimize if not eliminate the pollen mess typically associated with spring time. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of Robin’s team. They were exceptional and very attentive to detail. The finishing touches exceeded our expectations. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very personable and easy to talk to in addressing any questions we had. We highly recommend Creative Enclosure.

Matt, and his crew are the Best. He found a very simple solution to what could have been a very complex and costly project. His crew was very professional and did a fabulous job. I was referred to Robin at CE by a friend while seeking to enclose my porch deck, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Robin connected me with Ben, who expertly guided the planning for my home improvement project. Ben impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge, approachability, patience, and, most importantly, his honesty. Robin assigned Joel and Krzysztof to my project, and they proved to be conscientious and hardworking. They took immense pride in their work, paying attention to even the smallest details. Although there were some unexpected setbacks and scheduling issues with CE that caused delays in completing my project, I believe that these challenges shouldn't overshadow the remarkable service I received. It’s clear that the customer service follow-up at CE needs improvement, but that didn’t affect the exceptional support from Ben and Robin. They worked diligently to address the issues, demonstrating a relentless commitment to doing what was right. They kept me informed at every step, and Robin even adjusted his schedule to personally complete my minor three-hour project! Their dedication to resolving challenges truly showcased their care and professionalism. I am now fully enjoying my beautiful enclosed three-season porch, which has added valuable space and an inviting outdoor feel to my home.
