Crew Garage Door Repair

Came home from work and found the garage door wouldn't budge. Thought it might be the opener, but turns out it was a busted torsion spring. Called them and they walked me through what might be wrong on the phone, then came by the next day. Replaced both springs since they suggested that's the smart move, and now the door is back to working like it should. Also, they showed me a neat trick to manually open it if it ever happens again. Super useful info I didn't even think to ask about.

BEWARE! This is not a local company and they use a fake address and do not have a shop. They sell your info to shady subcontractors who use shady sales tactics to get you to pay their high price. Do not fall for this! Local companies have never heard of them.

Great customer service and affordable prices

Right when I thought the issue would ruin my day, they stepped in. They made it out to Pittsfield pretty fast and got right to work. Shawn handled the garage door tune-up perfectly and explained everything clearly. I’d definitely recommend Crew Garage Door Repair.

Huge relief once everything started working again. They arrived quickly at my home in Pittsfield and got right to work. Daniel, the technician, handled the door balancing perfectly and explained what they were doing. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing this kind of service.
