A 2026 customer said they were glad they switched over to Tassee/Crowley and praised the customer service of everyone from the person answering the phone to the service people and the delivery drivers. In 2025, a customer said a bill for tank protection was emailed at the end of September but never received, the protection was added to the tank on November 10, and the bill was paid in full the next day. That 2025 customer said Tasse still charged late charges on a product that had not been delivered for 40 days. In 2022, a customer said they had their boiler cleaned and then another tech had to come back and do what the first one did not, followed by a second, larger bill. That 2022 customer said the second tech told them he was out all day fixing the first tech's mistakes, and that they were left with no oil in the house.
