Crowley Plumbing

Crowley Plumbing is a Douglas, Massachusetts plumbing company with an A+ BBB grade, 13 years in business, and a Google rating of 4.7 from 28 ratings. BBB lists water and tankless water heaters, gas piping, bath and shower installation or replacement, sewer main installation and replacement, and well pump repair among its services. The written customer history is thin: the only quoted review is from February 2022 and says simply, “Great company to work with”. That is positive but gives little detail about the work, so ask for recent references or project examples before relying on the headline ratings. BBB lists license numbers 16067 and 32081 for the company. Treat those as directory claims and confirm current status with Massachusetts licensing authorities before booking. Crowley may fit water-heater, gas-piping, sewer, well-pump, or bathroom plumbing work in the Douglas area; get the exact scope, permit responsibility, and warranty in writing.
