Crown's Professional Cleaning Stamford

Crown's Professional Cleaning holds 5 stars from 128 ratings on Google and 4.9 stars from 18 ratings on Thumbtack. The company says it serves Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Westport and seven other towns. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+ and lists it as accredited. The work is house cleaning in all its everyday forms. One customer booked a deep cleaning of a two-bedroom house plus an office and basement and said Irma and Mary handled every crevice. On a first visit of a recurring plan, a customer said they spent nearly 2.5 hours on a one-bedroom condo. A customer who called for a deep-cleaning quote said the team came out, looked at everything needed, and charged a fair price. One customer noticed a few days later that they had even cleaned out the air fryer. After a family member was hit by a car and turned out to be living in hoarder-like conditions, one customer wrote that the company stepped up over a major holiday weekend, cleaned the house in a few days, and that Mario showed real compassion. A customer said the company has cleaned their parents' house for 2 years, with Vanesa and Valeska doing the work. A 2026 customer said that when their closing date changed last minute, the company stayed flexible through the move-in clean. The company advertises 50% off the second cleaning when a recurring schedule is booked with the start clean; it requires at least 3 recurring visits after that clean, and an early cancellation adds the discount back to the last invoice. A 2025 customer gave 3 stars, saying the cleaning was consistently good but describing cleaners arriving hours late without notice, changes to the agreed pricing after the fact, and an unexpected separate sales-tax charge on the last cleaning.
