A 2023 customer said they used a checklist made available at the initial walk-through consultation and did a final inspection when a deep cleaning was complete. A 2023 customer wrote that the company normally works Monday through Friday but came both Saturday and Sunday for a whole house detail, and that all furniture was moved. A 2024 customer described the crews as reliable and on time.

Excellent, professional service always!
Elizabeth was incredible. She was extremely transparent and communicative from booking until finishing the amazing deep cleaning for one of my rental property turnovers. Very reliable, would highly recommend.
The crews from CT Cleaning Professionals are reliable, arrive on time and work diligently until our home shines. Highly recommended. So glad we found CTCP.
I cannot tell you HOW HAPPY we are with the deep cleaning that we had! Not only did they clean with efficiency and by using environmentally friendly products, but they also took their time, did a thorough job, used a checklist (made available to us during the initial walk-through consultation), and even did a final inspection when the job was complete. We like to get a good fall cleaning annually, but this was-- bar none-- the best that we have had in years. We also noted that they are licensed, insured/bonded, and provide timely invoices and a secure means for remitting payments. Even our dog was calm during the time they were here. Suffice to say, they will be our biweekly company, going forward.
CT Cleaning Professionals makes housekeeping easy. Our house is perfectly clean and scheduling cleanings is so simple. Highly recommend!
