A 2024 customer said the driver placed the dumpster in the spot they wanted even though their steep driveway was difficult to navigate. A 2024 reviewer who rented a trailer dumpster said the owner personally delivered it before noon. A 2023 customer said they needed a dumpster when they demoed their kitchen, and the 10-yard size was right for them. A 2022 customer said they used a 24-hour rental to clear lumber waste and doors from a basement, and it was gone the next day. A 2022 reviewer said the dumpster sits on wheels so it does not scratch or crack the driveway. With cheap prices comes cheap service. They dropped dumpster off outside of the time frame and took me multiple calls to get someone on the line. They specified no weight limit but removed trash from the dumper while I wasn’t here and left it in my driveway. I would rather pay more to know services is executed and trash isn’t thrown in my driveway.
I rented the dumpster to make my life easier. And I am so glad I chose CT Driveway Friendly because it was clear their goal is to make your life easier, pick a date and pay online. Have dumpster placed gently on your driveway. You fill it (or they can help!). They take it away. You don’t think about it, and if you are a PIA like me, they role with it and go the extra mile with ease. So if you want easy and friendly, amazing service, go online and book. It’s easy.
Price is excellent and service is prompt and friendly. I had to wait one week to get it but it was worth it. It was delay in delivery for couple hours but they kept me posted.
Booked a 15 yard dumpster rental for two days and was supposed to receive it yesterday and contacted someone who said it was going to arrive within a certain timeframe. They never showed up yesterday and I’ve been trying to contact them all morning via phone and email and it goes straight to voicemail. I’m highly disappointed and will be contacting my bank to get my money back.
100% fantastic experience renting a dumpster. Online booking was simple and straight forward. Company replied to phone calls and email questions promptly. Driver was professional, polite, and placed the dumpster in a perfect spot despite my steep driveway being difficult to navigate. Cannot recommend this company enough and would absolutely use them again!
