CTC Construction Corp Asphalt Paving

We had our driveway completely removed, regraded and repaved a week ago, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were so impressed with how the entire crew worked efficiently together through each step, with everyone getting involved in the hardest physical tasks, including the truck driver and the owner/supervisors. Our 80’ long driveway is relatively steep, making it a somewhat challenging project. After obtaining several estimates and checking credentials, we chose CTC based on their knowledge, experience, professionalism, and the detailed description of their paving process. The estimate was definitely competitive, and the driveway replacement job was completed all in one day. The office manager provided great information before we signed an agreement regarding best practices in choosing a paving contractor. She also guided us through making the deposit, scheduling, time frames, and expectations on project day. When the driveway was complete, the owners gave us detailed instructions on how to ensure the integrity of the asphalt, with both short and long term actions, backed up with a pamphlet providing all the information. We highly recommend CTC for asphalt paving services!

I was going to hire this contractor a few years ago but things changed for me at the time. The other day I reached out to them and asked for an updated estimate which I expected to be more logically. After a nice conversation with them on the phone, they politely told me that I was too late in the season to get the paving done of my driveway. My fault for waiting so late in the season. They still took the time to send me an updated estimate which I really appreciate. Even though I didn't hire them at this point because I was too late they still have the professionalism to send me an updated estimate. I wanted to give them a 5 start review just based ion the fact that when I met the estimator a few years ago which I liked and trusted that even this many years later they still have treated me with respect. Tells me a lot about there business and customer support Definitely will be recommending them to friends. They already have a lot of great reviews and I believe their customer service is great.
