We have used Devon Trahan of Curb Appeal Handyman Services twice so far this year for projects around our house and his service is exceptional. The first project was unusual, in that he had to pick up a 6-ft by 9-ft custom steel trellis from the manufacturer that weighed 296 lbs and needed four people to lift it. He took it to his shop and weather-proofed it with rustoleum and then brought it to our house with his crew and installed it - an unwieldy job that was impressive to watch. The result was perfect (see attached photo). On the same visit, he fixed two sliding doors and one bathroom door that weren’t closing properly and replaced a vent grill on the back gable of our garage and adjusted a motion light on the gable end of the house. On his most recent visit, he did a number of small jobs, including replacing all the interior doorknobs with lever-style handles and two exterior doorknobs with digital locks and fixing a hinge on a kitchen cabinet. He also picked up a preordered screen door from Hammond Lumber for us and tried to install it. However, it was defective, so he arranged to have it replaced through his contact there and will return to install it when the replacement arrives. He and his team are professional and competent. One of the things I most appreciate is that Devon answers emails promptly and is a good communicator. His prices are fair, but his work is superior. I highly recommend Curb Appeal Handyman Services to anyone who needs home repairs done promptly and well.
