Not good. Met with owner to go through entire areas to be mulched. And Not to mulch areas that were to be torn out for construction. The workers came when I eas unaware and did the complete opposite! Wasted my money and time. Tried to get more money, because they used more than expected! The owner said they would fix the mistakes. No one ever came back. 200ft of fence eas to be mulched, never done!
His crew came once and it took them all of 30 minutes to get rid of the ivy. Will promised that the remaining hours would go towards the new project. We waited and waited - each time I had to initiate the follow up - we're very busy, it's raining a lot, so on and so forth were his excuses.
Ken had very sharp eye for completing a backyard design and executing on the design. He was able to take our ideas and really work with what we had and produced a stellar product. The work performed was the installation of a patio, altering an existing patio, re-grading back yard, irrigation, and the installation of sod. The project ended up being a bit more difficult than anticipated but Ken and his team worked tirelessly to get it done within a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely use the company again.
