A storm tore the electrical meter and pole off a house one Sunday in July 2023. The homeowner called D Andrade Electrician, Mr. Andrade said he would be there at 12 o'clock, and the repair was done the same day. Several of the reviews here are about exactly that kind of call. The shop is Diamantino 'D' Andrade's, based on Crescent Street in West Bridgewater. His site puts him at more than 20 years in the trade and lists residential, commercial and industrial work, and his Massachusetts electrician licence is active in his own name. What customers keep describing is how fast he answers and how plainly he explains. An April 2023 homeowner had flickering power and had lost the stove, the microwave and the hot water heater; he inspected the outside wiring, found a main wire burnt out and split apart, and checked the indoor panel. A May 2022 customer needed a rusted meter box and new wiring dealt with in an emergency and had him there in under 24 hours. In July 2025 another was referred through Nextdoor, had the pricing policy gone over on the phone, and had him out the same day within two hours for an urgent fix. The small stuff gets the same treatment. A February 2024 customer struggling to turn her main breaker on was talked through it over the phone. A July 2025 homeowner had an outlet added in the backyard, a May 2023 office had a surveillance camera installed, and a March 2023 customer had a walk-through list finished in three and a half hours at a price they were happy with. Two customers were less satisfied. A February 2023 one-star reviewer wrote that after he tightened the wires in their breaker box he said there were electrical issues — they were skeptical — and that the estimate he offered would take three days to produce. An August 2023 reviewer gave four stars and noted the owner was not on the job, though the staff who came did the work well. A sound call for the unplanned electrical problem — a dead panel, a burnt service wire, a meter box torn off in a storm — and for small adds like an outdoor outlet or a camera. Ask whether Andrade himself or his crew will be on your job, and pin down when you will have the written estimate before agreeing to any work he recommends.
Amazing service and quality, id recommend them to anyone
Incredibly friendly, QUICK respond time, VERY knowledgeable and AMAZING work !! I’ll be calling him again with any future electrical needs/issues… Thank you so much!!
Added an outlet to my backyard. D and his team were very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend his service.
D was referred through Next Door. He answered my questions on the phone. Reviewed the pricing policy. Came out the same day within 2 hours- (it was urgent) showed me and explained what I needed to fix and be safe and he gave me a suggestion for future work. Everything was done quickly and works great. I felt confident in his work- can sleep easy knowing my wires are safe. Great service, honest, No surprises! The pricing seemed fair for a licensed, insured full time electrician. He did not upsell me and let me know in advance the cost. I will use him again and recommend him when I have the chance!!
I had a fabulous experience with the D Andrade. Very responsive, timely and an excellent work product. Will definitely use them again when needed, 10/10 highly recommended.
