They clearly don't care about there customers. The storm has been done for 8 hours now and they just showing up to shovel and plow at 8 o'clock at night. Meanwhile an elderly lady fell a couple hours ago bcuz they didn't come in a timely manner. NOt to mention I don't see any plow trucks around the complex. Do they plan on making everyone move there car at 9 or 10 at night. I feel bad for the ppl with babies. Like yea just take ur newborn out of bed to sit in ur car for an hour with u while they plow late at night. This company is garbage and clearly very unprofessional. It's amazing they have any buissness at all. Update They shoveled the walkways half way and left snow and ice on the other half including infront of the neighbors door. I'd be embarrassed by this company if I owned it.
