Dan's Construction did an excellent job demolishing our old deck and building a beautiful new one. The entire project was organized and efficient from start to finish. I hired Dan for replacing our existing deck which was pressure treated with a new Timber Tech PVC flooring and new vinyl railings. He was one of 5 companies that responded to my email or phone call. He was very personable and extremely responsive and knowledgeable as to what I was looking for. Although he mentioned that he constructed more projects with the product Trex, I had already made up my mind that I would prefer the Timber Tech product. He was more than happy to provide this, his price was pretty competitive with the other contractors and his personality was why we decided to go with his company. The project was completed in a more than timely manner, his crew was great and they worked 10 hour days to complete the project on time. They also were great about cleaning up after the days work as well as spending a few minutes each day entertaining our dog. Our 35 year old front porch needed to be completely rebuilt. At our initial meeting, Dan made a number of suggestions that would make it stronger, last longer, as well as add to curb appeal. He provided an exact price and an exact start date, unlike the four other builders. The work started exactly the day that he said. Excellent communication, follow through and execution throughout the build. The carpenters were very experienced, organized, and the lady in the office was responsive, courteous and always available. A very pleasant experience from start to finish and we now have a beautiful, well built, solid porch utilizing pressure treated lumber and TimberTech materials. We are delighted!

We had our landing replaced and expanded with composite decking. Dan gave a reasonable quote, and Ben, the one-man crew did an amazing job in a day and a half. The work was done on time, and Ben's expertise and hard work was impressive. We're very happy with the finished product!
