Andreza's team of women did an incredible job of deep-cleaning my house. Every room was shining by the time they left, and each was adorned with a sweet touch of care, like a boutique hotel. They left my home clean and organized! The women were very professional and lovely. I think they should rename themselves 'The Joyful Cleaners'! Andreza came to my house to make an estimate, and her professionalism and easy manner won me over. I have now hired them to clean my house on a regular basis. I recommend their services with the utmost enthusiasm!
This team of ladies' are lovely and very professional! There did an awesome job on the deep cleaning of our home and cleaned every inch of our two floor home plus sunken family room, and they were here for 4 hours! I don't know how they got my tub to look like brand new as well as our stove. I really thought the stains were permanent. We are going to continue with them to do general house cleaning every other week. Their prices are extremely fair. I recommend them without hesitation!

After my first cleaning, I was very satisfied with the service, and when Andreza sent me the review link, I gave the company a 5-star review based on that experience. Unfortunately, after the third cleaning, I began noticing a decline in the quality of the work. The cleaning became increasingly sloppy and inconsistent. On several occasions, Andreza herself had to come to my home to correct the work performed by her employees. I gave this company many opportunities to improve. I communicated my concerns and even provided pictures to clearly document the problems. Unfortunately, the issues continued. Some of the damage and problems included my floors being ruined with wax, broken glass ornaments, and damage to my wooden furniture, among other examples of careless and unsatisfactory work. The cleaning performed yesterday was, unfortunately, the worst experience yet. I normally do not write negative reviews, and I initially gave this company 5 stars because I genuinely felt they deserved it at the time. However, after repeated problems and multiple opportunities to correct them, I feel it is only fair to update my review and reflect my current experience. Therefore, I am retracting my original 5-star review and changing it to 1 star. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the lack of consistency, care, and quality in its cleaning services.
