A 2020 reviewer wrote that Jeff completed a basement update with new walls, floors, ceiling, electrical, doors, stair surfacing, railing and barn doors to enclose an oil tank, finished in just over 2 weeks. A different 2020 account came from a house built in the 60's with no plumbing rough-ins or framing in the basement; that customer said Jeff and his crew moved the existing beam up and installed new lally columns. The same 2020 customer wrote that Jeff updated them on cost whenever necessary. In a 2019 review, a customer described a major home remodel: a gut and build-out of the second floor, relocation of the kitchen and dining room, a new roof, siding, windows and an addition to the deck. That 2019 customer said Jeff offered suggestions on functionality and cost savings throughout. A 2017 customer said they got an itemized estimate early on for a complete home remodel and addition, and that the final cost closely reflected it. A 2014 customer said Jeff finished their deck after a previous contractor walked off the job, matching the Fiberon decking material that contractor had been using. A 2012 customer wrote that Hurricane Sandy hit in the middle of their deck project and did not slow the crew down. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade and accreditation, and HomeAdvisor and Angi each show 5.0 stars from 33 ratings.
Jeff did a great job replacing our old wood deck with a new composite deck. He kept us informed, completed the work on time, and was neat and cleaned up each day. We are very pleased with our new deck!
Jeff and his team did a great job from our initial contact and bid to the finished project. They were always courteous and professional and we are very happy with our new deck!
Jeff completed our basement update- new walls, floors, ceiling, electrical, doors, stair surfacing, railing and barn doors to enclose our oil tank. Everything looks beautiful, and the project was completed in just over 2 weeks. Jeff and all of the other workers, including painters and electricians, worked professionally and were friendly and punctual. Any unanticipated changes to the schedule or quotes, of which there were few, were discussed promptly with us. We are thrilled with the outcome!
This is a long overdue review! Jeff and his crew finished our basement for us in September of 2018. Our house was built in the 60's with no plumbing rough ins or framing in the basement. They had to drill into our existing foundation to do the install. They also had to work with really low ceilings and an even lower supporting beam. They moved our existing beam up and installed new lally columns. We were really happy with the end result of the reno. Jeff was wonderful to work with. He kept us in the loop at all times and updated us on cost whenever necessary. He and his crew were tidy, organized, and punctual. I would highly recommend working with Jeff for your renovation needs.
We would highly recommend Jeff for any renovation project. We hired him for a major home remodel, including a complete gut and build-out of our second floor, relocation of our kitchen and dining room on the first floor, new roof, siding, windows, and addition to our deck. Jeff was fair, honest, and personable from start to finish and offered suggestions throughout the project on both functionality and cost savings. We were on a time crunch with a baby on the way, and when the baby came a month early in the middle of the remodel, Jeff and his team worked tirelessly to get the job done. He has been a pleasure to work with during an otherwise very stressful time and we will definitely reach out to him for future projects. Thanks Jeff!
