Wonderful experience working with Dillon Tree Service! Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional and kind. The company is very responsive! We had several trees removed and others trimmed from our new construction property. The team did a great job and the clean up was thorough. They strive for 100% customer satisfaction! Dillon Tree Services did an outstanding job removing a huge sugar maple tree from our property using a crane. The entire crew was professional, skilled, and organized from start to finish. They handled a challenging job safely and efficiently, and it was impressive to watch how smoothly everything went. They took great care to protect our property, cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished, and left the yard looking great. I wish I could provide 6 stars to Dillon. From the very start, they were the most professional tree service company of those I had quote my job. I didn't even have to ask for their insurance information, right after their quote, they had their agent send me their COI including my name/address on it as well (which you want). I had to chase that information from the other companies that quoted the work. Their team took out a very tricky huge tree that was in my back yard threatening my house. They were swift and yet amazingly careful, clearly talented, hardworking, friendly. They figured out how to locate their crane and bucket truck and maneuvered them into position (very tricky in my driveway), then proceeded to take huge sections of the tree, using the crane, smoothly!, over the top of my house, for processing at the end of my driveway. Incredible crew, worked very hard, workers keeping the yard clean simultaneously, cleaned up after wards too. I feel Dillon charged a very reasonable / fair price for the tree service they delivered, using a big crew, lots of amazing equipment (including a 40 ton crane, that alone was a trip!). I am extremely happy with every aspect of the job they performed for me.
