Eric was very professional. Would recommend his company. He is thoughtful and very understanding
Eric set up our dogs fence and we truly cannot recommend him enough! We have a Vizsla and a GSP who are both escape artists. They manage to make the town Facebook page within seconds of being let outside weekly 😂 Our yard is too large for a physical fence, but we still wanted them to have the freedom to run, explore, and enjoy the whole property. Eric made that possible. He dedicated so much time to installing the fence and was incredibly kind and personable throughout the entire process. He was also wonderful with our pups during their training once everything was installed. He has even continued to check in to make sure everything is working properly and see how the dogs are doing. We are so grateful for him and the freedom and safety this has given our dogs!
Eric was awesome from start to finish. Super friendly, professional, and clearly has a ton of experience with electronic dog fencing and teaching both you and your pup how to work with it. He did an amazing job installing the fence around our entire property and completing the loop, even though probably 90% of our yard is rocky, heavily wooded terrain that definitely didn’t make the job easy. Our dogs picked up on the system right away, and it has been such a relief knowing we don’t have to constantly worry about them taking off or wandering off the property. Eric took his time, did everything the right way, and his pricing was extremely fair. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for electronic dog fencing. Great guy, great work, and a great experience overall!
Two of the best decisions I've made recently, 1. Having an electric fence put in and 2. Going with Dog Guard of Eastern CT/RI. Eric has been absolutely wonderful. He listened to my concerns and immediately put me at ease. He was amazing with my 2 girls (both German Shepherds) The commitment shown from Eric didn't end as soon as the fence was installed. He has continued to check in on us and I know if I should have any issues/concerns Eric is a phone call away and no doubt he will help me. I highly recommend Dog Guard, you will not be disappointed
Eric was fantastic with our 7-month-old hound mix. She learned quickly and is so much happier having the freedom in our yard she deserves. After training he followed up several times to make sure she was learning as she should and all was going well. We couldn’t be happier!!
