Jeremy was amazing. We had two appointments but this crazy winter and all the snow made it impossible to install the wire. He knew I needed it by Easter and although it was a rainy day, he worked over 5 hours setting it up. My dogs arrived for Easter and all was set. I am so grateful

The dogwatch product is great, the service now in the Portland area is also great! If you are considering an install or upgrade, now is the time to do it since Jeremy is on the job. After having a non-functioning fence for a year, Jeremy responded almost immediately, trouble shooted our system, and didn't give up until he got it working again. He has a passion for this job and it feels very good knowing that he is capable and will respond in a timely manner. Thanks!

Jeremy is very knowledgeable. He gave me great service, was prompt and helpful with the training. I like that the battery in the collar is good for 2 yrs and doesn’t need to be replaced every 3 months, like other companies. The price of the fence including the collar and training was very reasonable. I would highly recommend dogWatch and Jeremy.
